Meaningful and effective consultation and communications with residents and stakeholders will significantly contribute to the development of a sustainable sewage servicing solution for the West Vaughan area. We also believe that your comments and ideas can help make better decisions.

We have developed a consultation plan designed to attract and engage members of the community at all levels. Through open discussion, we look forward to exploring a wide range of ideas and possibilities.

York Region will hold three Public Consultation Centres to hear from the public and stakeholders. We hope you will:

    *      Learn about the project
    *      Provide detailed comments based on project data presented at the meeting

To facilitate this we’ve created a Stakeholder Advisory Committee and a Technical Advisory Committee . These committees will allow for in-depth discussion of issues and opportunities and provide valuable input and continuity throughout the life of the project.
